David Russell & Pedro Mesquida API are a long and established firm on the island of Mallorca. Our company was formed in 1970 and is still today a market leader on the island. Utilising our vast knowledge and many years of experience, we can offer property for a variety of purposes. With offices strategically located on the prestigious harbour front in Palma, we are well placed to cater for all types of prospective home owners. We are now very proud to be associated with Cluttons LLP network, the London based international firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants, with a history which dates back more than 240 years to 1765, when the firm was founded by William Clutton.
Cluttons LLP today remains a private independent business, wholly owned by its partners. Although proud of its long history Cluttons is a forward-looking, dynamic and diverse business, now boasting a total complement of over 400 people and comprising 17 UK offices, 5 in the Middle East, additional representation in South Africa, Italy, Barbados, mainland Spain and now with ourselves in Mallorca.
